Agencies and property owners who partner with Nurse Stay Network may be charged a small coordination or placement fee for each successful housing match. The flat coordination fee (typically $50–$150).
This fee helps cover communication, property verification, and housing coordination between nurses and landlords.
Fees are only collected after a placement is confirmed and both parties agree to move forward.

Nurse Stay Network may charge a small, one-time service fee for nurses who wish to use our personalized housing coordination service.
This fee is only due after a housing match has been confirmed and accepted — never upfront. The placement fee (typically $25–$75).
The fee helps cover verification of listings, communication with property owners, and the cost of securing safe, furnished short-term housing near hospitals and medical centers.
